I am warning you do not go with this company. Honestly, they have the worst customer service ever they do not help you they laugh at you. Yes, you can create as many tickets as you want, but they only close them and never respond and do not help you at all. They only copy and paste information that is not helpful at all. I have been trying to get a refund for the past two days and all they do is ignore my messagesand this is ridiculous. Now I am glad I was not able to port my number over when it was suggested to do because I probably would have never been able to pour out due to the lack of help or empathy. This company has towards new customers, so please do not shop here. I am warning you Shop at your own Risk.

I’ve used it for like 5 days. I want to cancel the payment they are going to take from me. To do that you need to talk to customer service. I have so far talked to 8 people in the app. Every time we get to the last step they disappear. Normally they leave before we get to that part. So I did the email and same thing no reply. This is the 3rd day of me tryin to stop them from doing a charge in future. Also just tryin to cancel this plan. I want to open a different one. Update. You can get a person easy if you use the play store app to contact the customer service for the app.

Especially for it being a not extremely well known company or anything their free trial has been awesome way better than others I’ve tried out plus you can mint nfts within their app for free!!
