Just downloaded Yesim yesterday based on recommendation by some instagram /tiktok blogger . It works great ! I opted for an International eSIM which allows me to have data no matter where I go as long as I have some balance in my account . No need to purchase sim cards in every country I visit . Alternatively you can choose a plan for a specific county if you stay there for some period of time , or region if you frequently travel within it . So far it works great . Special thanks to customer support , they always respond within a few hours and do help you actually . I bought eSIM plan for a wrong region , they made an exception and credited my account with unused balance so that I could change my plan . Highly recommended !

I recently traveled to Colombia, SA on a mission trip, something I have been doing for many years. Communication there has always been problematic for me in the past because my US carrier provides rather poor, limited, and costly service while I am there. This time, however, I downloaded the YESIM app to my iPhone 11 and for the first time ever I had very good data service connecting with Claro in Colombia. This enabled me to communicate with my friends, airlines, taxis and hotels, even my family back home, using the WhatsApp and Signal apps. It couldn’t have been better. I got a strong signal from Claro while in Medellin and throughout NW Colombia, in Apartadó, Currulao, and even in little communities far off the beaten path. It also worked while in Panama and Costa Rica while waiting for connecting flights. I will definitely use YESIM when I return to Colombia next year and highly recommend the service.
