Firsty: Your Global eSIM

I’ve been using the Firsty app for a while now, and I have to say it’s been a lifesaver, especially for my work as an Uber driver. The app itself is super helpful and makes my job easier, but what really stands out is the incredible support team behind it. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly and professional, and any issue I’ve ever had has always been resolved promptly and efficiently—though, to be honest, I haven’t really run into many problems at all! I want to give a special shoutout to Julia, who truly stands out as a professional and genuinely caring support person. It feels great knowing I can rely on Firsty’s team to solve any problem, big or small, and I have no doubt that the issue I’m currently working through will be resolved quickly and easily, just like before. I highly recommend Firsty to anyone, especially fellow Uber drivers. Thank you, Julia, and the rest of the support group at Firsty headquarters. Keep up the amazing work!

I just got charged for a subscription I did not get. They refunded me within a day! I thought that was amazing! I am basically broke and was put into a panic about the whole thing where they charged me for a subscription I didn’t get, but as soon as I actually got a hold on a non AI representative, Customer Support was fine, I got my refund, and everything was all hunky dory, and my review before this was 5 star, but I rushed and changed it for some reason, but as a teenager to find a dirt cheap service like this, it’s amazing, And yes, my parents made me buy my phone and phone plan so I found Firsty Free and it’s amazing

Because you can not initiate Firsty Free otherwise! Ad will load and it says reward granted, you click continue on the Congrats! Free Data popup, the main page refreshes saying ZERO minutes remaining! If you select to watch an ad again, start back at the top of this review 😒👆🏽 *Update* Thank you for addressing this issue and responding to me directly. It does appear the new app update (v1.6.28)has remedied this pain point. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars because not only does it work seamlessly, but it is also faster speeds on Firsty Free compared to the original offering.
