YEGO Rwanda - Ride Hailing

I wish uber and bolt worked in Rwanda because this app is trash. I had to cut my trip short because this is so terrible. Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t work in the drivers seem to not know how to use a GPS.

Drivers accept rides and then cancel after 10-15 minutes 90% of the time. The ONE time a driver showed up he wanted double the price shown on the app. Apparently drivers are not penalized for this behavior so what do you expect?

Unreliable and doesn’t work when you need it to. First time using it the taxi driver showed up with a flat tire (!). Took forever to get to the destination. Once Uber or Bolt starts operating in Rwanda, this company will rightfully close down immediately.
