Hey team, nice app you’ve got there. Granted, there are some bugs but you guys are always on top of them. One suggestion though - it would be great if the boda boda riders and the client’s didn’t see each others’ personal contact information, but instead go through an intermediary number. Similar to what some rideshare apps like Lyft do. That way, you’d not have your boda boda fellas trying to chat up their women customers long after the journey has ended. As it is, your riders can see the customers’ telephone numbers, save them and later on send unsolicited WhatsApp messages. Sort that out and you’ll have a topnotch app.

I love the app and I love the SafeBoda service. I like that adding credit from mobile money (MTN Money and Airtel Money) is simplified and you don’t have to delve into too many USSD menus and prompts (so annoying) saving you loads of time. Integration with Google Maps maps makes finding destinations/locations a breeze (especially helpful if you don’t know your way around Kampala).
The app can get a bit glitchy at times but the team behind it are always updating it addressing concerns people bring to their attention.

The search function seems to be buggy, Also give us an option to favorite restaurants so that we don’t have to scroll through all the time, give us an option to re-order from our previous orders.
