I have tried to use this app in Kenya and it use to work but anymore it is TERRIBLE! There is always a problem opening and signing on. The last thing you want to do when getting a cab is stand there for over 5 minutes waiting for the app to open! Then at least 50% of the time there is a challenge signing in. At least the Uber app loads fast and doesn’t require signing in every time you open it!
Your service is very professional
