Just updated the app as instructed …. And the app can no longer be opened ….. just keep showing the cover page without loading. Very worst experience, please consider finding another maintenance team / company , this is very discouraging for users

This is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever used! The app keeps popping up “system error” for two years even I updated the app. I can’t use my points to redeem coupon before deadline so I called customer service for help and the woman told me nothing she can do but asked me to leave my number. What a pathetic manner to represent her company to deal with customer’s call!

Downloaded the app to save points with family, “Share Point” function has never been available since the first day i downloaded this app from nov last year. Sent email to complain but no improvement, is this company going to do anything to fix this problem?
