The app is always crashing and you can’t open it . I have to constantly delete and re download it. It’s rather frustrating as you can only check balances via app no option for online banking etc.

I’m beyond mad and feeling like my privacy has been invaded. I missed my 4th payment and couldn’t access through the app to manually process it. After awhile I honestly forgot about it. Wizit never exhausted all options to contact me (Letter in the mail, debt collection etc) and took it upon themselves to call my workplace and contact my boss. Honestly this was my fault as I missed their unknown numbered calls (never received a voicemail either). This should never have happened and was hard to explain to my boss why they were contacted. When contacting them regarding this they showed no remorse and justified their actions, even where giving them feedback on other methods to contact other customers in the future before going to such extremes. I closed my account on the spot. I feel so violated.

The application process is simple and the customer service provided by the friendly team is excellent. However, the inconvenience arises when it takes a week to clear repayments and the App has glitches, making it difficult to make payments. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved promptly. Apart from that, I thoroughly enjoy using it.
