Ugo Money

If I could give this company minus 5 star, I would. Highly recommend not going anywhere near this company. They took 6 days to review application and called multiple times over information that was supplied in the application. Called Employer and Personnel References. Issued contract before approval. Customer service extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall an unbelievable process to gather more than a comfortable amount of personal information. Stay away.. this company does not deserve to be in business.. if they actually are a business. Whole experience seemed like a scam to get as much information as possible. Stay away!!

The people at Ugo are genuinely the best in Australia at what they do. Over a year ago when everyone else turned me down these folks gave me a chance and I have been forever grateful for it. A lot of other lenders say they can help when others turn you down but in reality they don’t. The folks at Ugo actually do. I seriously can’t praise them enough. Thank you so much Ugo for everything!!!

I’m not too sure if this is a glitch or a bug, so if it can be fixed please do but if not then it’s something to keep an eye out for. I made an account for a loan of $500 so I could buy a new vacuum, however once I had left the app it told me that my email wasn’t registered and that I didn’t have an account. Now this isn’t that big of an issue to me. but I don’t know whether that loan went through or not, I don’t want to be in debt for money that didn’t make it to my account. So uh, if it can be fixed please help but if not please just cancel the loan
