I was playing in a certain bingo room on this site, the prize money was a fixed amount clearly displayed as each game is being played. On two separate occasions I won and was not paid out the correct prize money. I complained to customer service who told me I was wrong. I carried on playing on this site and the same thing was happening to other players. I started to take screen shots of when players were not receiving their full winnings over a period of time. In the meantime I was still disputing my two wins. Nearly one month later and after I gathered lots of proof that this site was defrauding players I finally got what was owed to me. I’ve been playing again today and the site is still not paying out the correct winnings, again I have taken screen shots to prove this. Stay away from this site!

I think this app is a good app because they gave you good free things on a daily basis plus on your birthdays and things they also gift you ? I’ve played a lot of slots and bingo on other known bingo apps and they don’t gift you on your birthday like these do? And the bigger ones like Virgin bets and stuff get a lot more money then these sort of apps yet these don’t forget you? To me that’s a fantastic thing because it’s loyalty to there customers? Not won big yet on here but it will happen whenever you get that lucky day? So for this app is a thumbs up keep up the good work WINK BINGO thanks ...... plus I will say I think there should be more free spins on the app tho over Xmas lol ...just a quick update I’m not getting anything now like free spins and stuff so unfortunately I’ve deleted the app as I was logging in Everyday to check promotions and stuff and for 2 weeks I got nothing so it’s been deleted the app.. not your felt or anything but I wasn’t getting anything back to be fair so sorry

It’s a good site won a few times, but the withdrawal process is out dated. 4-7 days, In comparison to other sites, which give you winnings into your ban with in 4 hours sometimes instantly, it’s rubbish. when I win I want my winnings there and then, not in several days. I think others will agree. Iv been waiting for winnings to be approved for Over 48 hours now.
