Heart Bingo: Casino & Slots

Update I’ve now deleted my account and the app absolutely shocking site!!!! Well I honestly thought I’d found the worst casino apps but this one goes way beyond the rest of them, seen the ad for new customers deposit £10 get £30 free bingo and 100 free spins, thought great but in the small print says when you play £10 on bingo, not very fair to the those who don’t play bingo, every promotion you have to play bingo or wager £50-£100 for free spins on slots! so I deposited £20 and the worst slots ever never won more than £3.60 other than that absolutely jack, now it’s not a bad review because I didn’t win, let’s not get it twisted! Slots kept jumping and sticking just the worst! I’ve played on alot of casino apps and at least won or landed on a bonus, not on here not a thing 2 bonus drops in then never the 3rd! Lightening winning symbols landing 4times in a row with no cash to collect, i could go on…I don’t know how they can say it’s fair play and random, how random? 18,000 players a time in a game it must be random to about 5 players, shocking worst casino app I’ve played! No better than the rest and reading the reviews seems they block your account when you do win doubt I’ll play anymore than another £10 on this pitiful app.

Edited to upgrade my original rating and review after the very sincere response from customer service to my original review. Also my money went back into my account very quickly. On balance, something went wrong and they put it all right correctly and in a timely way. The sign of a good company in my opinion. I downloaded the app and deposited £15. The money came out of my bank account immediately but didn’t get credited to my Heart Bingo account. I contacted them on chat to say the deposit wasn’t successful and it would get returned to me in 1-6 working days. So they take my money, keep it for a few days and then return it! How is that legal in consumer law?

Enjoy playing bingo but the last few weeks it seems the little white ‘x’ in the top right corner of the app doesn’t respond? Doesn’t matter which page I’m in, messages, bingo page etc, that ‘x’ you use to close that page….doesn't work! Tried reinstalling today, still no joy. Please fix. Enjoyable app, some games like spinning the wheel can glitch but otherwise it’s good fun to play!
