I’ve been on the site for well over a year. Yes at the beginning it let me win, and I don’t expect a win always but sadly that was the only time . Deposit at least £100 pm , never even get much of a game, £2 per spin on gold blitz (one of there most popular) never allows you to be up, rarely get a bonus now. No loyalty points or promotions that match what you play . Had enough of 888, lost a customer.

Joined yesterday with £10 - received bingo and spins bonuses which I was excited about to use. Tried to speak 4 times to an advisor via online chat and the last 2 kept cutting off so gave up. The first 2 took forever with long periods of time in between messages between us. I was trying to ask about the wagering requirements once you had used your spins bonus up - this is so complicated even Einstein wouldn't be able to figure it out. The advisor just referred me to the my bonuses section which I looked at but like I said above it was far too complicated to understand and I'm quite an intelligent person. You have to meet certain requirements before you can receive "real" cash from the bonus spins and I ended up with nothing. Bingo - seems to me there are only a couple of games you're allowed to play with your free bonuses with a maximum pay out of about £6 for a full house. I did win a line which was about £3 but as soon as I did it reverted back to using my cash rather than the bonus money. None of the wagering requirements are explained in detail before you join up. If I had known about these and how complicated it was and how difficult it was to actually win any money I definitely wouldn't have signed up and wasted my money. I really feel like I was duped into thinking you were actually getting something good with the bonuses which are pretty worthless. I won't be wasting any more of my money on this site and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Was given 30 free birthday spins. Used the money won from this to play slingo and won £500 jackpot once wagered they deducted £400 from my account leaving me with £100. Usually on sites jackpot wins have different rules but not with this site. I rang up and spoke to a man who didn’t seem very interested in helping me but did give me £25 bonus funds for the loss. When I withdraw the £100 I initially won I lost the £25 so I contacted live chat support, the woman was rather rude. Wouldn’t give me back the bonus funds even tho I explained they were given as a good Will gesture, she told me ‘rules still apply even if it’s your birthday hon’ which I obviously knew. She then proceeded to tell me I should never have even received the £25 bonus and she won’t be helping any more because there is nothing wrong with my account and kept repeating how I can view the terms and conditions. Why give me an extra £25 to play with if I’m gonna loose it when I withdraw from a previous bonus. Seems stupid to me.
