I’ve played a few over the years but WHV is the cleanest and easiest to navigate. Good bonus games available. My only issue is that for nearly a year the “V Play” has been added which is ok but every time I play a game the V Game notification appears at the bottom next to the vplay icon saying “Welcome to VPlay…” even though I cross it off each time and have used the feature a few times. Minor annoyance. Other than it’s a great gambling casino app I would recommend- BUT - I remind people that it is a casino. You might win or you might lose. It’s not a cash generator or a game without consequences. It’s gambling, so play responsibly.

I used to play on here daily but then one day I use a promotion I used regularly of stake £5 get 5 free spins. It usually works and it’s fine But when I tried using it early hours of this morning it got stuck at £4.90. I kept staking money but it would not go past £4,90 so I try to contact customer service as I am owed my free spins but also the extra money I staked trying to get to £5. Like all the apps at first I get the AI live chat but after an hour it still could not understand my issue and it did not put me thru to a live agent! Eventually it said I cannot help let me connect you to an advisor. It is now 12 hours later and I am still waiting for anyone to reply to my message on this live chat! I kept it open and nothing! Left my email address and nothing! I use many apps and I will tell you Betfred had great customer service. Same things with AI at first but then straight to a live agent. They sorted out the jssue within minutes. Same with MGM and others. William Hill have the worst customer service ever. They do not really want to help you. And tbh it’s not even like the wins I receive are all that great. So I would have given 3 or maybe even 4 starts just because of their daily bonus boost but now it is one star.

This is honest to god truth ! I updated my app a few days back and since doing this I’ve deposited and lost every time ! Every game is dead ! You literally get like 30p back for every 20-30 spins no joke !! I won’t lie before this update it was an ok app not the best but played well ! But now it’s basically just throwing 10 and 20 p’s down the drain ! I gave it a fair chance in numerous locations all with WiFi and 5g but still just as bad ! Literally just deleted it because it’s so frustrating! I don’t mind losing the odd 10-20 pound for a good game but it’s sooooooo bad !! Like I spent over £60 on one game all in 10p and 20p spins just trying to unlock all the symbols above the reels ! And out of thousands of spins I unlocked the first 2 🤬it’s sooooo bad ! Every other app I’ve reviewed I unlocked all icons within the first £15 that I wagered so the games aren’t the problem WILLIAM HILL IS ! The funny thing is that they’re promoting all over the place like crazy recently and then this update 🤔 makes you wonder if it’s just a ploy to get thousands of new customers to them rob them blind 🤫
