You suggested a free trial on 3/6. You then again suggested a free trial on 3/16. You then again suggested a free trial on 4/16. It took me four months to save the money for you to take it out of my account. Apple then said they would refund me within 48 hours. They did not. I’ve tried to talk to your company three different times and you guys are very vague and have falsely charged me. It’s false advertisement as well as fraud. And even with charging me for the whole year, I’m still not able to use that app if I wanted to because it tells me that I need to sign up for a subscription! Apparently I already signed up for a subscription because you took the money so why are you suggesting me another free trial again for the fourth time. As soon as you click the three day free trial. It immediately brings you to another screen and then charges you for the year. All of this is a headache and I would never pay $100 for an app. Any app at all nobody has an extra kind of money anyways you had my car insurance bounce and they gave me an option to pay within 10 days thank God or else. My car insurance would’ve been canceled. I never use this app one time after the three day free trial, the first one I would really like my money back as what you guys did is not fair.
i’m being asked to write this review before even using the service-Just downloaded it not even three minutes ago I I will update my review after I try it but so far I really don’t know yet -Also do you assign a phone number to the user? Or does it show up with my phone number on it? And can I send text messages?
This app was a life saver!! I put me faith in using my carriers wifi calls to call my 80 year old mom to check on her. When that did not work out I found this app and within a few minutes of signing up I was able to make a call. The quality was clean and I was happy that I was able to have peace of mind.
Stop paying for expensive cell minutes and text messages! Stop wasting your money and time using calling cards for international calls! Instead of...
