Truly one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use when concerning insurance, prescriptions, etc. The loading times are insane, more than half of the time the app needs to be completely restarted just to check an update for a prescription, and despite containing lots of sensitive information, it barely gives any information on prescriptions processing, being reviewed, etc. I literally have to schedule time in my day to use this app because it’s never just a quick check like it should be.

Don’t understand why I have to turn my Wi-Fi off on my phone to access this app but it’s the only way that it doesn’t freeze on the welcome screen. Only found out by accident because nothing else was working to get the app to the logon screen.
