The light itself is great. The app, on the other hand, has NO instructions. Confusingly, some interface elements are only in Mandarin Chinese. Note: it only works over Bluetooth when it’s NOT in the Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth mode is ONLY to set the group and channel. The light must NOT be in that mode for the app to control it. Bizarre. Also, given the lack of instructions, it’s also unclear whether a “scene” can be saved that uses lights on more than one channel.

I have the Weeylite S03. To is app controls it and works pretty well. Im happy with the color choices. Here is what is missing from the app. Battery level of the lights. Also, when you select an FX, it is not obvious how to turn the effect off. Once you go out of the FX menu, selecting something else turns the FX off. This tok a while to figure out. It would be more intuitive if a second tap on the FX selected would also turn it off. In other words, tap on/tap off.

I love this app and how seamless it is with the lights. It’s so nice to have lights set up and have the ability to change them via this app. All of the functions work great EXCEPT, color picker. The camera button on the app (which allows you to save the color) doesn’t work for the color picker so it’s continuously changing which is annoying. Another problem is color Chips. Either I’m doing it wrong (don’t think so) or you just cannot select a color from a great selection. Just update the app and it’ll be great.
