Firstly the girl who answers the phone for customer service is a rude individual. After waiting a week late for my package I was told that “the driver is on vacation” what kind of shipping company does not have a driver year round ??!? what an absolute joke 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
I am a new user. I only gave the app 3 stars because of minor issues. 1. I don’t know if other people are experiencing this but when I prealert a package here, for one, I am unable to upload a PDF document. I am forced to screenshot the document and upload it as a jpeg. And even then, the prealert is not registered in the system. I am also forced again to log in a web browser and upload a PDF document for the pre alert to be registered. 2. Package statuses are not updated here on time. The weird thing is while I’ll be tracking a package here and it shows that it’s in transit, I will get an email informing me that the courier was unable to make the delivery. Why? 3. For the profile, we can’t upload pictures from the library. I think that should be remedied. The point of having an app is the convenience of being able to perform functions required instead of using a mobile browser and having to resize a website constantly, to read tiny text... Also, if I prealert a package on my phone, I expect it to be applied on my account across platforms. I don’t want to use my phone and then still have to be relying on a desktop to get things correct. However, the customer service is the best, bar none. I love the email alerts. Plus, thanks to those email alerts, I’m able to know the status of packages, when and where the app runs short. Come on people: make me proud. 💯👊🏾
Packages need to be updated as quickly as the website.
