The application runs a bit slow and not smooth

I cannot add any items to my bag.
I add 1 item to my bag. But my bag shows it is empty. I add again and still empty. So, I complained to the Watsons customer support in app. They told me to delete all items in my bag then log out and log in again. I did like that but my bag still can't add any items. What should I do ??
