this app is absolutely TERRIBLE to use. the user interface is horribly confusing to try to understand and takes far too long to use to get our jobs done. Honestly i am shocked that someone proudly produced this app and put it into the world thinking it would solve a problem. We used to use Super Dispatch which was awful in its own right but was at least quick and easy to use, I certainly thought it would be impossible for my daily work life to get any worse than just dealing with Super Dispatch, but this app has proved me completely wrong and surprised me with how incompetent it is. Starting from the top this app needs to show makes and models of the vehicles first rather than where they are going, lot numbers and pin numbers HAVE TO be easier to find and shouldn't be hidden on a BOL, taking photos of cars should be quick and stacked together into an album all saved at once without all of the meaningless requirements that need to be filled just to make it to the signature page that is going to be faked anyways because everyone has better things to do with their time than stand around waiting on a driver to complete photos and sign off on each individual car. this app needs to be easier to use for dispatchers and drivers so we can focus on what actually matters, safely and efficiently delivering vehicles from point a to point b. PLEASE FIX THIS APP

If I could give this app 0 stars it wouldn’t be enough. I need to punch someone in the face to be satisfied. It has wasted hours of my time and I have no choice. My job requires this piece of trash. I’m seriously about to quit my job because of the required use of this app. On a side note the App would be fine if it actually loaded correctly and didn’t constantly freeze and refuse to load for hours at a time.

1- fix damage list in menu (unclassified items. If you have fenders in list it should be for all sides in one subgroup. I have been checking fender right in front, for 3 minutes. Full inspection took 45 minutes) 2- pics after inspection changes size 3- app doesn’t work without internet connection (sometimes drivers haven’t connection) it could be more effective using offline inspection and upload it later while internet got back. 4- works so slowly on “finish work with signature”, takes over 3-5 minutes to complete work. Try to compare the app with “super dispatch” and you will understand.
