I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s come a long way. You can tell the company is listening to drivers and making improvements based on our feedback. The layout is cleaner, it’s faster, and it’s easier to use on the road. Updates have fixed a lot of the early issues, and new features actually help me stay on track and save time. It’s clear they’re growing and working hard to make the app better for guys like me who use it every day. Could it get better, SURE, but a flashy screen doesn't make an app better IMO. Solid tool that keeps improving.

After the last two updates, the app constantly freezes up. I have to close the app to thaw it out. Lost everything I entered in the past 10 minutes. Photos no longer rotate to landscape. Email addresses no longer pre-fill. The app went from bad to worse. Truckers are on a 14 hour daily time window. Can’t blow 30 minutes every pickup waiting on the app. I would recommend this app for the competition so they slow down.

Obviously the people that decide the opinion buttons and screen setup had tiny little fingers and were sitting at a little desk with both elbows resting on it while working with it. Trudging through a parking lot of crushed concrete and rocks trying to hit the barcode button only to have it disappear because it’s to close to three other buttons. Then try to hit the load button and again it’s tiny just to lose it all and have to redo it all over. Shows the huge disconnect between the people in the real world trying to use it and the clueless designers that have never been in the rain or off the office carpet.
