Autosled

If I could give this app -5 stars I would, what a junk app, why can’t you guys just use Super Dispatch like everybody else does, instead of using this horrible slow, moving glitching app. Takes days to load pictures., half of the time does not work. Trash app all the way.. for the drivers that are picking up using this app, you might as well pick another load instead of wasting your time waiting for the app to work or load pictures so you can get going..

This app is beyond garbage Glitches bugs it’s poorly designed This app takes a simple task and complicates it to the point you’ll stop doing business with them You use the app and the company still asks if your using the app Most importantly who wants and individual invoice for a single unit so a 9 car load has 9 bols It’s ludicrous Autosled would be better off taking this app offline and use Super Dispatch for the time being Too much is too much too many pictures to much of everything Cmon Autosled streamline this it’s not rocket science Simple is better

This app is completely unusable for drivers. I’ve done multiple loads, and everytime I need to takes pictures, it crashes over and over again. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s always the same. The customer service reps as well as the owner seem to have the same automatic responses like “we delivered 4000 vehicles last month with no problem” and “we just had another driver deliver with no problem”, which I suspect are said so much because they know these issues exist but would rather not fix them. I recommend the company do something to fix the app.
