Super Dispatch: BOL App (ePOD)

This app is great. I used it when I had my own authority and now the company I drive for has started using. A couple improvements I’d like to see is the ability to tap on the camera image to focus and the ability to capture pictures using the volume up button. Allowing the volume up button will also allow the use of a Bluetooth shutter button. Both of these are capable with the iOS camera app and really think they need to be available on SD as well. Another suggestion instead of having the “other” damage marking why not allow us the ability to type in a name of what we are marking?

I’m new to the car hauling world and love the user friendly aspect of this app. It makes everything flow effortlessly and without paperwork. So far the only issue I have is that I would like to search by brokers or even filter by brokers. When I search I constantly end up with backlots adds but they are no longer looking for transporters. It would be awesome if you could fix this and make that a feature in the search options.

I felt really compelled to write this review. This review really pertains to the “Dashboard”. Let me start by saying, the idea behind this software is a great one and should be applauded!! This software has the potential to be great. I recently enrolled, and everything seems to be going great until the recent updates to the invoice, which in hindsight should have been left alone. Why do I say that....since the update, none of the saved contacts populates in the invoice, the invoice ID, does not populate either, even though, you have it saved in the “Invoice ID” field. What would be the essence of having all your contacts saved, if you have to re-enter it, at the point of invoice? My other complaint would be the customer service, which is a joke. You send a message on the chat, expect a long wait, sometimes, you have to send question again. This despite the advertised “under 10 mins” wait period. I was willing to overlook the poor response time, if things were working smoothly but now it’s all seems so glaring.....Again, great platform, with some tweaks and different approach to real customer service, this has the potential to be great! I am nearing my trial period end, I decided I am going to spend the next couple of days to shop around......On the other end, the drivers love the app, as do I:)
