Good app so far but definitely could use refining. I would like to have the ability to log reps and weights and be able to see them on the next workout to track progression. It would also be nice to have the ability to have suggestions for each exercise to have alternate exercises in case injury or equipment availability is an issue. I noticed a bug where despite reporting that I do not have a skierg, the app is still programming skierg exercises. More comprehensive warm up programs should also be implemented on the app as well as cool down phases. All in all a good looking and functional product!
Started using this recently. Good workouts but suggest building in the ability to pause during a workout, substitute out exercises if desired (give options), and either repeat or skip a set. Just more functionality in the actual workout function.
Is it possible during the workout to add reps and lbs you did during the workout. As well as a timer. Also is it possible to have the option to preview all workouts in your plan and have the option to skip if on vacation. Needs to have a profile so we can add things we need like lbs miles etc
