Eve: Motherhood Wellness

I downloaded this app Jan. 19th and could not use any of the free trial features because the screen is not fully showing; I figured it was a ploy to get people to pay for the full app so I signed up for a year membership so that I could get my body ready for labor. Since paying I still have not been able to access the features for the app; it gets stuck in the size of my baby and I cannot get past that screen. I have updated when possible—even deleted and redownloaded the app SEVERAL times; I’m extremely disappointed in the app and considering I’m delivering in May, I have lost a lot of valuable time to get my body prepared.

I haven’t had a chance to try this app yet, because it won’t even let me LOOK at the platform before signing up for a “free” trial that will eventually charge me $15 a month. They also asked me for a review before I’d even gotten to the screen where they then asked me to sign up for the trial. If you want my immediate review it’s this: do better. At least let people see what you’re offering and how the platform works. You don’t have to give people access to the meditations and yoga practices right away, just let me see what options are even available. This app is so clearly a money grab which is really sad, because there aren’t very many prenatal yoga apps out there and I was hoping this would be a good one. In other news, if someone wants to actually put time and effort into creating a quality prenatal yoga app, there’s definitely a market for it!

I know they are apps that do that, I have a lot of pregnant friends so it would be great to get a discount when sharing the app to them
