訂單狀態更新速度非常的慢，出貨編號等了3、4天工作天依然查不到進度，讓人非常不放心。 詢問客服的介面也非常不好用，機器人跟真人回覆都在同一個聊天視窗

一星都不想給，星期六在閃電拍賣的商品報完價後請我在7天內付款，當天就付了，等到星期一平台都沒有下單，也等到星期一的客服營業時間去做問題諮詢，結果今天星期二我等到的是退款通知因為商品已經售出了：）。 叫我在期限內付款，我做到了，那你們呢？？？？？？？？真的不知道平台是在等什麼欸，有匯差是匯差，但我也不是不付錢啊
