Riddled with issues, first issue is when making payment which is after entering upi id or card details it shows a text stating all products out of stock, had to try 8 times with different product to place an order. Then once ordered every item is shipped separately from different locations in India, I ordered 5 items and all have different courier partners and different arrival date, that’s annoying. Suggestion is to work on app to eliminate bugs plus get a central point through which orders made through single cart check out are dispatched together. Next time I will stick to VH physical store.

Takes too long time for delivery almost 10 days and not delivering the product as expected date, finally disappointing service

I had returned 2 products due to fitting issue as they dont have an option for size exchange and opted for a refund on the app, little did i know then that i am going to be robbed off my money. Now when i am trying to place an order and use the amount which is credited back on the app which requires an otp but the app doesnt not send an otp to my number i have been continuously trying since yesterday but nothing works and these people cannot even be contacted by any means. I uninstalled the app and tried reinstalling just so that i can complete my order but now i cannot even log in to the app with the very same number which is registered with the Van Huesen App. You guys either resolve this or refund my money
