I downloaded this app with full trust a month ago but it broke my trust with my first order😫…I ordered and they delivered in time that’s good but when it’s time to return I had called customer care more than 100times…that’s called a service?😡After a 100 call they received and solved the problem of returning…..but it’s been 12 days no refund is initiated by them….Again I called them for same 100 times and ask them for a refund they told me to wait for 2 days now it’s day 6 nothing is done …I called them at morning time busy network still a busy network…jockey please refund my cash..😡🤬

Recently brought a product from a jockey store, and I try exchange it because I was having a size issue. The person over the counter was telling it has been passed 15 days so we cannot cannot exchange it, but I said it I brought on 9 August And today is 24th August, please do the calculation proper the staff was totally unprofessional, and there was no transparency in telling all the rules. I just lost my 750 In fact, I showed that the product was not even open and I was having all the bill with everything properly, highly disappointed from the staff, the store is located in seawood mall Mumbai
