Never use this app to make any purchase their post sale service is worst I have ever seen with any brand. I have initiated the return 4/5 times the delivery doesn’t even attempt to pickup and updates the status as “not attempted” I mean what kind of delivery partner these guys have. Called Customer service 4/5 times, twice raised the concern on chat support, have sent escalation email to the e-commerce head, these are all of no use. Today I got a message refund processed for my order for ₹0 and the height of all this is the order screen in the app is showing product,picked,returned and refunded. Feels like these guys running a fraud having such brand name and no proper service in place. Never buying any product now on.

Enjoyed shopping

Returning a product to complicated. You don’t get to know when is the pickup person is coming. For me the pickup person came but said the item is big so someone else will come. That someone else came after two weeks unannounced when I was in office, so couldn’t return. If you feel like reaching out to PeterEngland to seek help or support, then all the best, because you just can’t reach them easily. It was my terrible first experience with this app. I am never going to order anything from here, that’s my take.
