I’ve had this app for years, and articles used to be tiered. Some articles were for subscribers only while others could be accessed in the app with a fair amount of ads. The app would frequently crash, and articles listed in alerts would be nonexistent when one clicked on the alert. Now the app has a limit for articles though this was never disclosed anywhere. Payment does not give you access to all articles since some are still marked “for subscribers only.” Apparently subscribing to the app doesn’t count as a subscription. At least other newspaper apps allow a certain number of stories per month. I deleted the app.

We’re thinking of moving to Tucson, wanted a way to get familiar ahead of time. Tried others; this seems right. Good support: ¡important! Good coverage (seems, both sides, but who’m I?). Even better tnan some of my usual news feeds. I look in daily. [p.s., from elsewhere in the world: You folks in Tucson seem so calm and reasoned. What the heck are you? Civilized??)]

OK, I know it’s expensive to provide up-to-date content, but the video ads are more than annoying, especially when your beloved is asleep beside you or your companions on the bus startle easily! Also, the story “teases” at the end of articles that go nowhere are a waste of space—just stop it!
