Have to give them 5*. A little late (My apologies) I got a trim in July 2020. Me, my brother in law and my nephew. The in-app live chat went above and beyond to get me a booking in time for my nephews birthday. They pulled up on time and first time getting my hair cut in a van. People in the car park couldn’t believe it. I do believe we are entering a world of mobile and technology combined and this is the perfect concept for barbering. I wish them nothing but success in the future. Spoke with the owner who also came down with Rob who cut my hair and nothing but good things to say and positivity. Keep up the good work. 💪

This app is a great idea don’t get me wrong. Perfect in today’s climate. However I feel like a little more attention to the development of the app would go a long way. The app crashes quite often and is very slow to load, with a very annoying loading screen. I haven’t actually made a single booking. All of these local barbers but I can’t see their profiles or book them, it only shows a gallery and a map. Just confused about why they don’t work weekends? I mean seriously. The barbershops are packed on weekends. It’s the time people are off of work and their kids are off from school. Just needs some work. It looks good visually but it’s not practical. So I deleted. Also advise against downloading as it’s a waste if they close on weekends.

Used the app for two haircuts now on a bi-monthly subscription for East London. Ace is an absolute professional who is accommodative and polite. Whilst there may be some teething pains with UX on the app and things like rebooking via the App (Ace falls directly to rebook which is a blessing) I’m happy to say I will remain on the subscription due to the sheer convenience and quality of the cuts. Would highly recommend for the time conscious -happy I no longer have to spend hours in the barbers on a Saturday.
