I have used Fantastic Services for past 10 years and the level of customer service has dropped significantly. I have in the past two weeks have scheduled 2 end of tenancy cleans, gardening services, locksmith services, and have a regular domestic cleaning starting in Sept. However every service has either been rush / poor quality cleaning or overcharged despite the fact I have premium rates and “discount”. It is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for years now. I am unfortunately going to cancel my membership and services due to a poor customer service experience.
