Tribe - Jewish Dating App

I tried a few different dating apps (Jewish and not) and Tribe is my favorite. The design is clean and I’ve had better conversations on here in a month than I did in a year on other platforms. Highly recommend if you’re serious about meeting someone Jewish.

The app seems to work well. I like that you can filter for different levels of observance. I’m used to using non-jewish dating apps so it’s nice that you can be more specific about what you’re looking for and how religious you are. I also like that you can see who likes you so you don’t have to swipe endlessly hoping for a match. I get fewer matches than I got on bumble but there seems to be a decent amount of activity. I usually get a couple new likes per day. I saw some reviews about fake accounts so was hesitant to download, but I haven’t noticed any and I had to go through photo verification so I guess that’s fixed.

Well…it doesn’t have the bugs that jdate does, and it doesn’t cost a ton…those are the pros. The cons are much longer. I should have trusted the reviews because I’m having the same experience. Orthodox people with nothing but Xmas pics (so clearly fake). I want to report the fake profiles (one was even made of completely AI photos 🙄) but I can’t figure out a way to report them if they’ve liked you. The 3 little dots aren’t there, I only see them when I’m swiping. Or one person had liked me and then I saw him in my feed with another name but same photos (fake) . Or I received likes from two different men but they managed to write the same thing? (Hmmm, fake). There’s also just not a ton of people on here. Is that just me? I mean I know there’s not a ton of us, but I get maybe one option a day 😅 (I have my range open to everywhere so that’s not the issue). I will ride this one out until my subscription expires, but I won’t be doing it again. Oy vey. One day we will get the app we deserve 💪
