No cards seem to be working Apple Pay isn’t an option stuck re entering cards as if I did something wrong the first time, also the reality of getting on a bus or light rail risking denial of entry or possibly a ticket for not having a ticket on phone yes I can purchase one at station but sometimes you literally have to make a bus or light rail and don’t have time…the last app was better I hope they understand what they actually broke
First zip passes are turned into one pass which is dumb and second the app is even harder to navigate than zip passes plus you can’t use more than one phone for your account so my two phones that I alternate can’t happen anymore. You can only do it 3 times it seems. This change is ridiculous and it’s probably gonna get someone into trouble because you barely even advertised it
Can’t use Apply pay as a form of payment, no way to redeem voucher codes, and constantly shows insufficient funds and $0 as if you need money constantly loaded. The old app actually works. The old pass screen also looked better.
