GO S. Placer On-Demand Transit

Since I have moved to Roseville, I can pretty much relay on Excellent Customer Service from the drivers that I have encountered.

When the Lincoln area “runs on time” and you schedule a ride within the time frames of the regulated times (6:37-6:35), all the rides are unavailable. I’m not sure if they’ve run out of drivers or what but they’re not helpful and when you try to schedule in the same day, it s even worse. The app and the dispatchers both need more work because they are both unhelpful, hindering, and cause issues.

Tried to select rides within the service area but no rights available. it would be useful to have some colored areas on the map to let user know where roseville arrow and placer go available. Useless, Another government app that's super clutery. I am sure they paid top dollars to develop it. probably an uncle/vousin won the bid with very little oversight. Another example of waste of tax payers doolars.
