The new thing I hate is the fact that the feedback/complaint form in the app doesn't work anymore. So this is now the only way to complain. I am sick of the 57 and NL buses randomly getting cancelled. Is AC Transit going to refund me for the expensive Uber ride home because they can't keep to their own schedule?

Nobody will let you down right when you need them like AC Transit Mobile. Half the time tells you that there are no buses or stops nearby, even when you’re standing at one. Just refuses to show anything other than a blank screen the other half of the time. You’re better off using a timetable.
