You think with how much I pay Tock every month there would be an app formatted for the mobile os that actually is worth a dang. It’s difficult to use on a good day. But for the last 8+ days the app won’t work at all. I’ve tried uninstalling it several times but I launch the app and it just gives me a solid white screen. I have multiple restaurants. I’m not always in the building to check the iPad. I’m on the go a lot. It’s not convenient to pull out my laptop. And using the website through a mobile browser isn’t great either. Very frustrating from what is essentially a paid app. Do better. Especially from a parent company that saw record revenue of over $70,000,000,000 in 2025.
Frequent issues with the app. Currently can’t even get into it. I try to open it and it just pulls up a blank white page. Have deleted and re-installed, phone on and off, etc. user interface is fine, but could be better streamlined for mobile
The app is useless. On iOS 18 it doesn’t have any functionality. Can’t look at timeline, can’t look at service/floor plan in, no today button…even before the app was basically just the desktop website on the phone so you’d have to stare at super tiny text and would maybe hit the tiny button you were aiming for every other time. As of now it’s actually useless with the iOS update. Unfortunately it looks like the web is the same, so as a restaurant manager there is now no way to use Tock from your iPhone currently.
