I had twice experiences in 2023 where the app did not allow me to download and I had to call hotline to solve the issue. And in the 2nd times they charged me again for another quarter. Though after I called they said they will refund- I still not yet received it. The point is it happened so frequently twice in two moths and also directly deducted from my credit card even though my annual subscription did not end make me feel this app VERY unreliable. after my annual subscription; I will never subscribe again.

Can’t login with email account or account number!!

I have been reading the magazine ONLY on the iPad since the launch in Asia beginning with the April 30, 100 Most Influential Persons issue. Two requests to make the experience even better: (1) please add a bookmarking function, and (2) the articles in the iPad edition have no more than one accompanying photo each, whereas the print edition has more photos for the same article. Please make sure that readers of the iPad edition do not miss out on the photos.
