Pathetic app and service. Had placed order for lunch by making 100% advance payment. To my utter dismay not only did the food not arrive within stipulated delivery slot but i had to visit their nearest outlet to find out that the guys out there had no clue about my order. So the food was not even prepared by then and even worse the items listed on this app are different from the ones getting cooked at the outlet. The worst was still to come. When i tried to contact their helpline for support that number was not working. So my sincere advice to all do not make the mistake of downloading this app and placing any order through this platform. This is pathetic.
