Worst app ever App is confused when attempting to connect to iPhone. Because it’s WiFi it disconnects from the local network, then takes 30 seconds to a minute to recognize the phone is not connected to the internet, all the while draining my battery in my car. The reason: it has to register to the server the first time of use. Idiotic. I just want to check the camera, not drain my battery down. Worst app ever.

Easy to install. Hard to connect to the app even with customers service help. Every time you have to start from beginning just to check your video if it’s in fact recording. So frustrating experience and I’m taking this junk back to best bye. Don’t waste your time. I’m high level tech and never seen anything like this and I feel bad for the time I spent on this.

Most reviewers are expecting way too much with a wifi connection. This app is very basic to view footage on the or view live stream when needed. You don’t really need the app to see the footage but it’s nice to access some settings and see a live view or clips from your phone. Everything works the way it’s supposed to once you get a good connection established. Wi-Fi connection is ALWAYS going to be clunky, especially using an iPhone because iOS does NOT like to be connected to networks without internet, so it gives you a hard time to establish a connection. That goes for your OBD WiFi dongles as well. This difficulty with establishing a connection has nothing to do with the app. That’s just the way it is. The app works fine if you know what’s going on. And complaining about the camera draining your battery is just silly! Has nothing to do with the app and you can turn it off if you want. Also, how do we know if you wired your install correctly? I just unplug mine when parked in the garage. So don’t take all these silly I’ll informed reviews too seriously. It does the job.
