I should start this review with a negative! I had a good impression on souled store, I ordered a hydros footwear which I loved and wore it to office, everyone liked it and was me promoting the same, even though I was not happy with the damaged piece that I got. It was not having much trouble, so I ignored it. After couple of days of use, even though I do not wear it everyday to office, the button of the strap just went off and I couldn’t wear it. Gave my feedback over the chat and within 24 hours I got a refund as credits(TSS money) to make a new order. I believe this approach to a customer will make the best one across the world. I’ll be a loyal customer of yours always and will promote you the best way I can. I’ve ordered multiple T-shirts and shirts online from The Souled Store, and I’m honestly super impressed every single time. I placed an order for 4 T-shirts from that 3 took 1.5 weeks to get delivered after making multiple calls to souled store and DTDC, i received a message everyday that my orders will be delivered and in the evening I got a message saying that I refused to accept the parcel when the delivery agent didn’t call or come to my residence and next day I would get a call from DTDC asking why I refused the parcel . After multiple calls I got 3 T-shirts delivered. 1 was still left to get delivered and for this one too I made multiple calls and everytime souled store promised to get it delivered the next day but they didn’t deliver it. Everytime I called they told they’re escalating the matter but idk whom they were escalating it to because I didn’t find a solution. I had to finally cancel my order because I was tired of all the calls and messages I was receiving from DTDC and of all the calls I was making to souled store and DTDC’s customer service. Worst experience by souled store. It was such a torcher that I will never buy a single product from souled store going forward. No proper resolution, they just partner with delivery services and are least bothered if you get the parcel or not.
