Decathlon Online Shopping App

I’m a huge fan of you guys for ages since you happened . My first online purchase experience went really well until I Ordered 5 items on this app and selected store pick up and the app said before I did my payment s that 2 selected products can be picked up at the store on the 22 nd September and the balance 3 product on the 24 th September which was fine with me . Now after completing payment the app says pls collect your items on the 26 th of September which was not I was promised by Decathlon at the first place . Can I send some one to the store at Dsi Brigade vantage building which is some 1 hour in two days which is the 24 th of September to pick up the items ? Need products for my workout schedule . Kindly guide . Love you guys . You still remain my favourite store 😁🙌

I’m extremely happy to buy World Class Sports equipment & wear at such affordable prices! I believe it’s no less than a revolution for Indians with normal and low Indian salaries, who have sports as their passion. Most of my track pants and sweat shirts are Decathlon products. My Himalayan Trekking - low & high altitude is mostly Quechua & Forclaz by Decathlon. The staff of the Decathlon store is super excellent and very knowledgeable. Few names that come to mind are Thapa & Dheeraj of the Mountaineering section in Gurugram store. Aftab in the Delhi store gave some excellent tips. I have learnt a lot from these young staff, some of whom are national level sports persons. I ordered an Adjustable Dip Bar TS 100 on the 31st August, made the payment online and was given 6th September as delivery date. There was no update from Decathlon till 6th so I called them and the customer service executive guaranteed that the product will be dispatched within 24 hours. These calls went on for a week and I was asked to wait for the next 24 hours or 48 hours everytime. I was told that a complain has been put in and my order has been put in priority list and everything. After almost a week of calling them everyday I called them again to know the status and I finally get to know that the order was cancelled from their end on the 4th of September itself. There is still no update on the app, neither have I received any update via message or email that a refund has been initiated or that my order has been cancelled. The app still shows that my order is confirmed and will be delivered by 06th September 2021. So my money is stuck, I am not receiving the product that I had been waiting for since July (it was out of stock before august) and decathlon customer service has been of 0 help. Decathlon has given me the worst experience faced on an online shopping app. I will not recommend anyone to order anything from their online portal or app atleast.
