The Pinball Wizard

I’m not the biggest fan of pinball in general, but this is a great RPG twist on the classic game. I was really expecting it to be one of those where you can play a couple level before you have to pay to unlock the full game, but to my surprise, I haven’t seen a single prompt to buy anything at all so far, and I’m more than halfway through the main levels! Pretty cool of the devs. You get the mai levels, dungeons, and daily dungeon all for free, and there’s no energy or in game currency or anything. It’s a steal, honestly!

This game is intuitive, polished, and an absolute joy to play. I usually stay away from mobile games in general just because so many of them are money-grabbing schemes, but there’s so much effort and love put into this, the developer(s) have made something truly fantastic. This is easily my current favorite mobile game, by far.

My personal favorite part of pinball is when the ball gets into a place where it bounces a ton of times and racks up points. This game is NOT that. If you hit the same enemy a bunch of times you’d think you’ll do a lot of damage to it, instead you actually lose a bunch of health and just die because it goes into attack mode after you hit it. Once I realized that, I lost all motivation to play because the main thing I love about pinball is now something you are supposed to not try to do. Other than that, the game is super cute and if you are into a slower, more strategy approach to pinball then this is perfect for you!
