Anna's Monster Farm : BEGINS

I don’t usually go for farming games because they can get boring easily or they end up being way too pay to win BUT THIS ONE IS GOOOOOOD. There’s no PVP so you don’t have to worry about losing all your progress and the battles you do for coins actually scale well in difficulty. The RNG can be a little annoying (especially when you summon with max multiplier like me) but honestly RNG is RNG. You get what you get, and it doesn’t even end up hurting you in the end. You do have the ability to catch up pretty easily in the game and it becomes like a “check in once or twice a day” kinda thing but it still feels worth it. To the point I actually bought Lucas for more crops and an extra Crow House- IT WASNT NEEDED! You CAN survive this game without spending any money. It just deserved it in my opinion! My next buy will probably be the 10x ad tickets and another crow house- I highly recommend!!! EDIT: I BEAT THE GAME!!! 😭😭 WHAT DO I DO NOW???? I NEED MULTILAYER OR SOMETHING!!

I really like farming/crafting/building games and this one blends them all together nicely. The characters are all really cute and kind of remind me of Adventure Time. Like other farming games, progress starts off fast but then slows down quite a bit as items take longer and longer to finish. I like that there’s an option to watch an ad to reduce the crafting time, but sometimes that means watching A LOT of ads in a row and that gets really boring. (Just to hurry up the eggplant it takes about 8 minutes worth of ads) I’d suggest maybe some other way to reduce the crafting times, like mini games or something. I’d also like to be able to “pin” onto the main screen which upgrade I’m working on so I don’t have to keep going back and forth to look at what I need to craft. I’ve only been playing for about a week, but so far it’s been entertaining. Hopefully it doesn’t get too hard to upgrade items because that’s usually where I lose interest.

I absolutely adore this game! To the art, music, and character design 10 outta 10. I’m a work a holiday so it’s hard to make time for games. But I feel like this is a great balance of gameplay and afk rewards. I love the cooking aspect and all the mini games like tag. It’s nice that there are always things to do. My only suggestions from playing would be to have more items/perks in the shop or more uses for the gold. I often found myself with tooons of gold and nothing to do with it when I maxed out my buildings. Other suggestion is the crows, I love them don’t get me wrong. But it would be nice not having to wait days to get them back when upgrading buildings. But again overall this is an amazing game and 10 outta 10 would highly recommend.
