The First National Bank in SF

I thought I would save some money and order checks online/not a good idea/they missed a number. This young lady named Bri deserves five gold stars🥇and an atta girl. She called me so many times and helped me make it through the situation, and yes some old folks still use checks. lol So Thank you Bri for your exceptional customer service. God Bless you. I can never get the app to work without a wifi connection it’s ridiculous. You may be thinking to yourself “what an idiot just turn on cellular data for the app” but ohohohh you’d be wrong. It is on. I even restart my phone and disconnect from cellular to see if I can get it to work. It never loads in and is always stuck on the initial “first National bank” screen. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is as someone with multiple accounts that needs to move money around frequently. Super irritating.

It’s never been buggy and I’ve always had access except for when it was an entire business system update. Highly recommend
