While the customer service provided by this bank is fabulous. The app on the iPhone doesn’t work every single time there’s an update whether the update is to the app or to the iPhone iOS meaning we have to call. They have to reset it and our password has to change. And now it fails to allow me to log in once again. Full of bugs
This bank is the best bank I have ever worked with in my entire career of earning money. Everyone there is personable and professional. Michelle is an amazing person who is so easy to understand when trying to make some big financial decisions. I have had accounts in the big banks and they were OK but I felt that I was just another account there. a First Savings Bank I feel that I am taking care of very well. From Geneva, the beautiful bank teller to Michelle, and everyone in between there has never been such a great group to work with.
Thanks for being the best bank ever.
