The Confessionals

First of all, who gave The Confessionals permission to be this good? I came here for some creepy stories to pass the time while doing dishes and now I’m fully convinced my neighbor might be a lizard person and that I’ve been abducted at least once. The stories are next level. Like, I should not be this entertained while hearing about Bigfoot chasing someone through the mountains. But here I am, folding laundry with one AirPod in and a heart rate of 140. The host? Feels like your cool cousin who’s into conspiracy theories but also pays their taxes. 10/10 would let him narrate my life. And hope he gets my email because I sent him one because my life seems like all 700+ confessional episodes. Anyway, I downloaded it for fun and now I sleep with a nightlight and lock my doors twice. Highly recommend.

The app has been completely overhauled and it’s so much better. The old one had some issues and I didn’t hate it but this one doesn’t have any of those issues. It’s visually pleasing, the playback works great, I can pause it while my phone is locked and it picks right back up when I unpause. I really like the new social media style feed, getting to see Tony’s thoughts more often is pretty cool. Overall looks great works great. And of course the podcast is one of my favorites.

The podcast is dope-he’s one of the best. The app itself is quality, but wish it did a few things. They don’t have a search function., haven’t found a way to do an index search of a topic or word in title. Also, I want to be able to toggle back and forth from the epi chat to the episode index. You have to scroll to episode 319 from the newest episodes. No way to type and skip through them all.
