I really enjoy using this app. The design is clean, calming, and very easy to use. I appreciate how simple and focused it is without unnecessary features getting in the way. I use it several times throughout the day and even set it as a shortcut on the Action button on my phone for instant access. One feature that would make this app even better would be integration with Apple Health. Being able to track breathing sessions there would make it much easier for users to monitor consistency and overall wellness over time. I think this would be a great addition for many people who already rely on the Health app to track their habits. Overall, this is a wonderful app and I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow. ✨
This app by far is one of the best breathing apps that I have tried. I like that the app is completely free and has no adds. I also like that this app is simple and easy to use. There is minimal settings to figure out and set. If there was one thing that I would want to change, I would change the session times. The longest you can go is 30 minutes and I would extend that to at least 1 hour. This app works by you selecting your session time and your breathing intervals. Once you selected those you are good to start your sessions. I use this app to help me sleep at night and to center myself in the morning. This app is more suited for shorter sessions, but I use it for both short and long sessions when needed. This app has helped me be less anxious and stressed about my day. It gives me a good start and end to my day. I think that this app is helpful for people who have stress and anxiety. By doing sessions a couple times a day, you could reduce your stress and anxiety. Also, this app helps people by giving them time to relax and to not think about their problems. I think people could start to see a difference in their stress and anxiety if they tried this app out. I also think that this app could help people who have panic attacks. If they feel a panic attack coming on they could open this app and start a session. The session then would calm them and maybe reduce the panic attack.
Meditation and guided breathing apps can be helpful in moments of mild to moderate anxiety when it’s harder to hear your own inner guide. This app use methods that are helpful but, using a breathing sound, when you inhale that higher the sound gets and when you exhale the lower the sound gets. One thing that I liked was that the app also gave a visual of a ball that you follow during the practice. The visual of the ball is when the ball gets bigger you in inhale when I get smaller you exhale. These apps work by clearing your mind if someone is having trouble managing their anxiety or having a panic attack, they can use this app to calm their breathing. Also this app can be useful for someone that is having panic attacks they might be worried about having another one. These breathing apps are made to prevent you worrying about having another one and calm to relax your body.
