I’ve been using it for over a year and it does what you need it to. I just wish apple wallet for badge was easier to setup. Took 7 months to finally get the add to wallet to appear. Just upgraded my phone and not back to not being able to add to wallet. So annoying cause I have to unlock the app to badge in now. And watch can’t open if not added to wallet. If anyone has a fix please teams me!

Saw some reviews saying you could not make any adjustments to level 2 charger at home with this app. I used my regular credentials and logged in as a “partner” and am able to see charger, change WiFi, see if software version is current, etc. the general design of app steers a non employee/partner to think it is not for them. But it is if you take a bit of time and work your way through. I was trying to check as both my charges seem to always “breathe” with the green light glowing. I wanted to make sure everything was OK, and it was.

This app is only for employees but Tesla owners who change routers and change WI-FI are told to use it to get the wall connector to hook to new WiFi. But you can not use this app if you are not an employee. So Tesla owners have to pay an employee to come out to their house to change WiFi every time you change a router or change your internet service. We as owners of Tesla cars should be allowed to change our WiFi internet as often as we need to without becoming an employee or pretending to be one. This app doesn’t work to change my WiFi on my Tesla wall connector charger thing. But every time I try to change the network I get a pop up saying I have to do it on this app. Well it doesn’t work because I can’t sign in because I’m not an employee.
