Tesa SMART Air constantly & routinely goes down which makes it downtroddenly unreliable especially if you’re trying to access an apartment or domicile. You need to carry a fob just in case, which isn’t ideal because then what’s the point of having this app? They also need a smartwatch app (Apple and Google play) so you have optionality. Don’t waste your time with this tech. Use Latch app/technology instead. Trust me! Tesa SMART Air is STRAIGHT garbage 🗑️ and it’s been like that for years, so there doesn’t seem to be any straight line or plans for improving the technology…throw the whole thing away 👎

Needs an iPhone widget and Apple Watch app. App is also very buggy and I couldn’t use it for a week straight. Definitely not great enough to rely on just the app, like I can with Latch.

Absolutely terrible app. I need to be off the wifi to use it (and the door I need to open is in a basement with no cell service) and even then it is incredibly buggy. Very inconvenient. PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
