I bought a cal king tempurpedic with the power base. I had a couple issues with setup. The barcode on the tag did not match the barcode on the tracker box. So after 3 failed attempts using the tag barcode, I had to get a flashlight and lay on the floor to get the barcode off the tracker box. Having the cal king means the two bases have to be slaved together. The delivery guys slaved them for the power controls, but not for the tracker. I had to figure out to disconnect one sensor from the right side tracker box and connect it with the other sensor in the left side tracker box. Not a big deal for me, but delivery guys should know this and the instructions were a little ambiguous. Since I just set up on the app, I can’t comment on the accuracy or sensitivity yet. Looking forward to it. So far the mattress and the power base have proven to be all I expected. I’ll know more about the actual tracker features later, but happy to see the right integration with Apple’s iPhone health capabilities. Update -after two weeks, its almost scary how many metrics this tracker captures. Idk how it knows when I’m asleep or awake. Let alone deep/light or REM sleep. Heart rate and breathing rate without a device attached to me? room conditions as well. The long term analysis will prove useful to see if my sleep improves over time. So far, I am very happy with the bed, the tracker and the app!2023 Update I still love this bed. Last bed I will ever buy (I hope). These beds are crazy expensive. But 2 yrs in, I am not looking back at the purchase. I sleep better than ever. The bed is a big part of the reason. Nuff said…
My wife and I have been using this for a year and we do love it. It delivers information in an outstanding and easy to digest format. It breaks down the phases of sleep very well. For instance, sometimes I know I was dreaming right when my alarm goes off in the morning sometimes, and when I check the app it reflects that I was in a REM stage at that time. My only complaint is an important issue however. It outweighs all the other brilliant features. When the app calculates total sleep it is inaccurate. For instance, last night the app showed I went to sleep at 12:18AM and woke at 7:18AM, with one wake up of 11 mins. Therefore my total sleep should be 7 hours and 7 mins, but the app says I slept 6 hours 30 mins!! At first I thought I was missing something, but the sleep start and wake times are correct, only it adds the time incorrectly. Today I tried checking my apple health - (the sleep tracker imports data there as well if you allow) (I never like looking at my sleep there because the heart rate display is better and the sleep phase display is better. But it adds the total sleep wrong.) When I checked my total sleep on apple health it was correct, 7 hours, 7 mins. To summarize, the app said my total sleep was 6 hours, 30 mins - but my health app said I got 7 hours, 7 mins of sleep using the same data. The strangest thing is the display shows the correct time falling asleep and waking up. But it simply calculates the total time asleep incorrectly.
This is gotta be the most coolest bed I’ve ever owned in my life I’ve always wanted one for the last 10 years and I finally got one I have had complete sleep problems and all these doctors want me to get wristbands and do a sleep study and pretty much this bed will do it all for me so now I don’t have to go to the doctor and do all this testing this bed will bring me up to speed and that way I can give this information my doctor now makes life a little bit easier plus super comfortable and I’m snuggly in the morning and snuggle at night I do notice one thing about this bed is that when I go to sleep at night it vibrates for a good 20 minutes before and then soon as I turn off the vibration it makes my body so calm that I’m able to fall asleep very very fast I love this thing
